1. Before you proceed, you should open both iTunes and this Web browser window so that both files are visible. They might have to overlap slightly on your screen, but you will need to see both of them (as in the image below) so that you can drag the subscribe button from the Web browser into iTunes.
2. When you open iTunes, select the podcast area on the left menu so that you can drag the subscribe button directly into the main window of the podcast area of iTunes, and the subscription will set itself up automatically.

3. When you click on the link in #4 below, you might get a new window that asks you to sign in. There will be two choices, and you should simply use the first one: a) On the top of the new window (if one appears), you can use any nickname, screen name, or series of letters that you want to use. It doesn't matter what you enter here; b) On the bottom of the new window, you can sign in if you happen to have an account, but this option should just be ignored.
4. When you click on the link below, your browser will go to the subscription page. Just drag the purple subscribe button into the main window of the podcast area of iTunes, and the subscription will be complete.

5. If you do not have iTunes and the podcatcher you have does not let you drag the purple button into a podcasting area, you can use the URL below to subscribe to the podcast. If you have iTunes, select the drop-down menu Advanced, then Subscribe to Podcast. When the new window opens, copy the URL below into that window.

6. If you use a different type of software, you can try the orange RSS feed button to see how it might work in some software you prefer to use for RSS. For example, if you access the podcast subscription area with Mozilla Firefox and click on the RSS button, it will give you the option to subscribe using Outlook, Yahoo!, Google, or Bloglines. If you use the Internet Explorer browser, you can add the podcast to your list of Feeds.
